1. Main Frame

2. Grilling Grates and Baking Trays

The grill comes equipped with a large grilling grate and a baking tray. The grate is usually crafted from high-temperature-resistant metal wire, with mesh sizes carefully calibrated to let food make full contact with charcoal-ensuring even heat distribution-while keeping smaller pieces from slipping through.

The baking tray, mostly flat-bottomed, is ideal for delicate or shape-sensitive foods like fish fillets and meatloaves. Both the grate and tray feature a special surface treatment that imparts non-stick properties, making cleanup and daily use hassle-free.

3. Charcoal Chamber

The charcoal chamber offers ample space to hold enough charcoal for sustained, steady heat output. Its bottom features a ventilation system: strategically placed air inlets and outlets allow precise control over charcoal burn rate and temperature. The adjustable vents let users tweak airflow as needed, making it easy to regulate grilling heat.
