KSHD can make these double-bin enclosures for people who are tired of looking at trash cans. It holds two standard 240L wheelie bins. The whole thing is galvanized steel, powder coated, and weighs about 53 kilos when you put it together. Dimensions: 1.32 meters long, 0.8 wide, 1.16 tall. That's big enough for most residential or commercial bin setups, but not so huge that it eats up your parking lot.
The top folds down – two gas struts help it open and close. You don't need to wrestle with it. Just lift, drop your trash, and the lid stays put until you close it. On the front there are two lockable doors. Open them up, pull the bins out for collection day, roll them back in. And yes, you can lock the doors if you have issues with people dumping or animals getting in.
We put ventilation louvers on the sides. That might sound like a small thing, but it makes a real difference in summer – less smell, less moisture sitting inside.
The enclosure comes as a flat-pack kit. Cheaper to ship, and you assemble on site. Anyone with basic tools can do it in an afternoon.
If you need something different – a different size, a different color, your logo on the front – we do that. But where we really specialize is locks. Wheelie bin locks, specifically. We make all types: padlock hasps, cam locks, electronic, you name it. Completely custom. So if your bins need to be secured in a certain way, just tell us what you're dealing with.
People use these things everywhere. Apartment buildings, shopping plazas, schools, parks, office complexes, private gardens. The reason is simple: it hides the mess, protects the bins from weather, and keeps the area looking decent.
One property manager told me he cut his cleaning time in half because he's not picking up scattered trash anymore. Another customer ordered fifty units for a housing development – they wanted everything color-matched and keyed alike. We did that.
Look, this isn't a fancy product. It's a steel box for garbage cans. But it's built right, it lasts for years outside, and if you need a specific lock setup, we're probably the best people to talk to.
