A small order from Spain turned into something bigger last month. A buyer from a town near Barcelona reached out to KSHD looking for bins that wouldn't fall apart after one tourist season. They had tried plastic – cracked. Wood – rotted. Steel with cheap coating – rusted within months.

We sent them a sample of our tapered galvanized bin on legs. The body tapers a bit from top to bottom – 370mm at the opening, 320mm at the base, 500mm tall. Four steel legs lift it off the ground. The legs are 750mm long and sit on small rectangular pads. Overall it stands about 855mm high. Nothing fancy. Just hot-dip galvanized with a decent zinc coat.

They put that sample on a beachfront walkway for two months. Sand, salt, people kicking it, the occasional bump from a cleaning cart. When they checked it, no rust. Legs still solid.
So they placed an order for 380 units. Not huge, but it's their first time buying metal bins. The whole shipment left our warehouse last week. They told us if these hold up through next winter, they'll double the quantity.
We keep a small batch of this leg-mounted tapered model in stock for anyone who wants to run their own test. No minimum for a sample. Just ask.
